We are experts in designing plans to meet HOA approvals & City Permit approvals. Our 2D conceptual designs are FREE of charge for customers who contract with us to do the complete construction. It includes an initial consultation, initial design with one round of revisions for a finalized plan. The finalized plan will include everything required on ONE Page which typically includes any hardscaping, landscaping, bbq islands, firepits, water features, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and anything else it may require. If you are in need of a design only and wish to contract with another company for the construction that will work as well and those prices are listed below.
